Grinding Wheel Head
NN style spindle design with high power motor provides sufficient power for 405m OD grinding wheels and improves processing efficiency. The angle of the grinding head of the right side-mounted grinding wheel is selected from 0 or 20 degree angle (choose one).
cross slide
In order to increase the reliability of the cross slide, which is a great help in reducing space, Idea Machine has chosen the Meehanna cast iron construction, which is thermally stable and fully compensates for temporary temperature variations, thus maintaining high dimensional accuracy. High stability can be realized by continuous processing. (Roller bearings and linear guideways with Heidenhain optical scales)

The tub bottom provides optimal rigidity for grinding, while the Meehanna cast iron is naturally aged and twice stress relieved for stability and longevity.
tailstock
The oil bath tailstock ensures constant lubrication and guarantees a long service life. The adjustable taper tailstock allows for fast workpiece setup.
